Perforated paper for labelling, organisation and individual applications

Perforated paper lets you prepare several labels, signs or detachable sections on one A4 sheet. The perforation lines divide the sheet into fields that you can separate after printing. Our shop offers ready-made layouts and a configurator for individual formats, suitable for applications in retail, warehouses, offices and events.

Shelf labels, price signs and tickets

Typical uses include shelf labels and price signs for compatible shelf strips and insert holders. Print several labels on a single sheet and separate them along the perforations. Other possible applications include warehouse labels, name badges, insert signs and tickets with detachable sections. Select the field dimensions and sheet layout that fit your purpose.

Each prepared product shows the width and height of the fields and the number of pieces per sheet. Use the available filters to narrow down the range by format or application. Check the actual inside dimensions of any existing sleeve or holder before ordering.

Configure perforated paper to your dimensions

If a prepared layout does not fit, use the individual paper configurator. Every layout starts with an A4 sheet measuring 210 × 297 mm. Set the vertical and horizontal lines and check the arrangement in the preview. Prepared product layouts can also be adjusted in the configurator.

Each perforation line runs across the entire sheet. A minimum distance of 10 mm is required from the sheet edge and between neighbouring lines. Some formats produce additional edge strips. The configurator checks the stored production limits and calculates the price for your selection. You can download a matching Word template for your print design. Check printer settings and alignment with a test sheet before printing the full quantity.

Different paper and card weights

Our range includes paper and card from 120 to 300 g/m², with white and coloured options. The configurator shows the available combinations. Lighter materials may suit replaceable labels, while heavier card can be useful for insert signs. Choose the weight according to the intended use and your printer's specifications.

Check the supported material weights and the appropriate paper feed in your printer documentation. We supply the perforated material; you create and print your own content.

Microperforation and 2:1 perforation

Microperforation is available for paper and card up to 200 g/m². The 2:1 perforation option is available for all offered weights. Both allow separation along the prepared lines. Even microperforation leaves a torn edge. If you need particularly smooth edges, for example for professional business cards, cut cards are the more suitable choice.

Select your layout and reorder it later

One order unit contains 100 A4 sheets. The number of separate labels or sections depends on the layout. For example, ten fields per sheet produce 1,000 fields from 100 sheets. The configurator displays your selection and the current price.

Save your finished configuration and keep its recall link to open, check and reorder the layout later. A new purchase uses the prices and paper options available at that time.

Non-adhesive labels from perforated paper

Labels that slide into a holder or sleeve do not need a sticky backing. Our perforated paper provides non-adhesive labels and printable paper inserts for shelves, containers, binders and pallets. Choose a preset size or adjust the grid. Labels without adhesive do not attach themselves; use suitable holders, scanner rails, magnetic pockets or sleeves separately.

Every order unit contains 100 A4 sheets. Even when a sheet contains several insert sizes, it is charged only once. Check the usable internal dimensions of your accessories and your printer specifications. Perforation makes separation easier but does not produce a smooth cut edge for premium cards.
